Courier Delivery Service

We use a number of courier services for our items. The courier we select depends on the size of the item and the location that it is being delivered to. 

 

We aim to have all orders delivered to you 3 working days from you placing the order. However, most of our orders are delivered quicker than this, without the need for you pay for express shipping.

Shipping Rates

Small items £3.95

Medium items £8.95

Large items £19.95

 

Small items includes taps, radiator valves, small mirrors and some lighting.

Medium items include most of our mirrors.

Large items include bathroom cabinets and radiators.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver our products, by courier, throughout England, Wales and Scotland. However, if you live in an area that our courier considers to be 'remote', then additional delivery charges may apply.

The below lists the areas that we have been informed as deemed 'remote':

  • Channel Islands

  • Truro

  • Isle of Man

  • Scilly Isles

  • Isle of Wight

  • Highlands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Grampian

  • Scotland Offshore

 

If you live in any of the above areas and would like to place an order then please contact us first so that we can provide you with the best possible shipping price.

How will I know once you have shipped my order?

After placing your order, the following steps will take place:

  • You'll receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming your order;

  • We will prepare your product and raise a delivery request with the courier;

  • The tracking number for the product will be added to your order and you'll receive this information to enable you to track your parcel;

  • The courier will collect your order from our warehouse;

  • On courier collection, you'll receive an email update from us to confirm the parcel has been shipped.

From this point, you can track your order and rest assured that it won't be long before it's arriving on your doorstep!

What happens if I don't receive my parcel?

We hope this doesn't happen to you, but we do acknowledge that sometimes parcels do go missing.

 

Our team monitors the status of your parcel to ensure that it has been delivered. In the event that we notice something amiss our team will reach out to the courier to check what is happening.

 

It can take some time for an update to come back from the courier because they will need to investigate the parcel's last known location. However, as soon as they are able to provide an update, we will ensure that you are informed.
