Refund Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you're not satisfied with your product then you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
It's important to us that your product arrives in perfect condition, which is why they will arrive in protective packaging. When selecting our packaging, we stress-tested our different LED mirror styles by putting them through a drop stress test from a certain height. However, we acknowledge that accidents can occur, so if for any reason you find any of your products damaged then please complete our online Request a Return Form, or Contact Us immediately.
How to return an item

Once our depot receives your return and have assessed its condition, we will begin to process your return

Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date of us receiving your return
As part of the returns process, you may be provided with a label to download and print.
Please read our Packaging Guidance and follow the instructions. It is very important that you retain the original packaging and that you do not mark the box in any way or your refund may affected.
Unwanted Item
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt of goods (the day the product was delivered to you), but you must notify us of your intent to return within the first 14 days.

Unwanted items must not be damaged or marked in anyway and must be returned in its original packaging (also unmarked)

You will need to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us.

We will refund the original shipping fee paid for us to deliver your order, but the cost to return the item is at your expense.
We highly recommend using an insured and recorded mail service for sending any items back to us. We will be unable to process your refund if the item does not reach our depot.
Damaged Items
You can return damaged items to us within 30 days (from receipt of goods), but you must notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Please supply photographs of any damaged items at the time of reporting this to us by email customerservice@littup.co.uk.

Please do not begin the returns process until you have received an authorisation number from us.
Faulty Items
You have six months from the date of receipt of the goods to report any fault to us. You can inform us by Contacting Us or submitting a Return Request form.
Please supply a video that shows the fault so that we can review this prior to any further instruction being issued. You can email this to customerservice@littup.co.uk.
It is very important that you use a qualified and certified installer for any product that requires wiring in. The manufacturer fitting guidelines must be complied with, otherwise your claim will not be accepted.
You may be asked to provide further evidence to support your claim of a faulty product.
If we agree that the product appears to be faulty and subject to the manufacturer fitting guidelines having being complied with, then we will be happy to support you in returning or replacing the product.
Important Points

Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all original packaging).

When returning your item please make sure to include your returns authorisation number on the delivery label (not on the box).

We cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us. We recommend that you insure the package with the courier as we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for an item being returned if it fails to arrive at its destination point.
