Guaranties

All of our LED products are supplied with a standard guarantee against electrical manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for a period of 24 months. 

 

To ensure that your guarantee remains valid, it is very important that our LED mirrors are fitted by qualified installers and in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and fitting instructions. We cannot be held liable for any defects or faults where the manufacturer guidelines and fitting instructions have not been followed.

Exclusions

The 24 month electrical guarantee does not apply for:​

• General wear and tear

• Incorrect or poor installation

• Inadequate service or maintenance 

• Damage caused by cleaning products

• Misuse of the product

We have full discretion to refuse to uphold the electrical guarantee if we believe that any of the above exclusions apply.

Replacement

In the event that you do need to report an electrical manufacturer defect, please email customerservices@littup.co.uk. When contacting our team, please include your name, a copy of your original proof of purchase and supply images and/or videos so that we can assess the issue in the first instance.

Please note that you may be asked to provide confirmation of the installer and documentation to support the installation.

Our team will review and respond within 3 working days to confirm if your product appears to have a manufacturer defect. In such an event, we can make arrangements to ship a replacement out to you.
